She graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 and completed an internship in Tennessee, where she worked closely with horses and cattle. Her love for animals led her to small animal practice in Virginia, and later, she and her husband made the exciting move to Hawaii. There, Shannon focused on preventative medicine, dentistry, and surgery while soaking up island life.
In 2020, Shannon and her family settled in Santa Cruz, where she welcomed her first child. In 2023, they moved to Penryn to be closer to family in Lincoln.
When she’s not caring for pets, Shannon is all about family time—whether it’s playing with her kids, tending to her garden, hiking, crocheting, practicing archery, or training her beloved dogs. She brings her warmth and passion for animals into everything she does.
